Lutheran Home at Concord Reserve
Description: Lutheran Home at Concord Reserve is an independent not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing excellence in health care, rehabilitation and senior living services. Lutheran Home at Concord Reserve is open to individuals of all faiths and is a 192-bed skilled nursing facility that accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay and several private insurances. The Lutheran Home Association also operates Luther House, an independent living facility in Mayfield Heights, which is the home to approximately 160 individuals.
